Try creating a domlogs folder.

In shell,
cd /usr/local/apache
mkdir domlogs
chown 0711 domlogs

If that doesn't help, try this:
/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl configtest

I had my server provider update the kernel a while back and when they were done my sites didn't work. I took a quick look myself and noticed the was no domlogs directory so I created one and restarted apache and all went well. I figured it would take care of your problem as well.
