    Default Apache Failing

When I am trying to restart the apache from WHM. I keep getting the following message:

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
    Attempting to restart httpd

    Not Found

The requested URL /server-status was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to
use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

httpd has failed, please contact the sysadmin.

Can someone give me some directions?

Try to start it from the command line instead, as you\'ll get an indication of what the problem is:

    /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start

Now I get a bunch of messages like:

[Sun Sep 9 02:11:43 2001] [warn] VirtualHost 216.139.221.xx1:80 overlaps with VirtualHost 216.139.221.xx1:80, the first has precedence, perhaps you need a NameVirtualHost directive
[Sun Sep 9 02:11:43 2001] [warn] NameVirtualHost 216.139.221.xx2:80 has no VirtualHosts

How do I fix up such problem??
    Anyhelp would be appreciated.

    Default Run a config test

    SSH and run the following:
    /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd configtest
Let me know what your getting. I have had the same issues and fixed them before but I want to be sure I have the complete info. It's just to easy to mess up apache if you make a simple error in your steps.
