    Default apache keep failing

    Hi,

    Apache keep failing and getting this message on log. Can you
    please help on this.

    Wed Mar 19 21:58:01 2003] [alert] (2)No such file or directory: getpwuid: couldn't determine user name from uid 4294967295, you probably need to modify the User directive

    Thumbs up use easy apache

    hello,

    I think there is some problem with your apache configuration.Which OS and WHM version are using. try and upgrade your apache with easyapche. but be careful to read the threads regarding the easyapache script.

    Shann, make sure you have

    User nobody
    Group nobody

    in Apache's configuration file (/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf). Sounds to me that the User entry is messed up.
