    Default Apache update problem

    Hi,
    When i am trying to apache update by checking GD Tick mark...its saying page cant be displayed. what may be the reason ? where as i am able to update

    # Update Server Software
    # Update System Software


    Please help.

    Angry Apache update problem

    Hi.

    I cant downgrade apache on whm/cpanel.
    Php verison 5.2.3 from 4.4.7 updated.
    After php version 4.4.4 from 5.2.3 update.Apache restart ok.but I have a big problem.

    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@dogalmarketim.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Please help me.

    Did you enable phpsuexec when you upgraded by chance ? Check the error_log and suexec_log on the server to see what the issues are with the 500 error.

    still not able to update..please help me...

    is there any possibility to add GD support to my server using SSH?

    You could use EasyApache via SSH as follows; however, use caution when selecting options you're not yet familiar with:
    /scripts/easyapache

    Before doing that, I would run upcp to ensure you have the latest version of cPanel for your configured cPanel build tree.
    /scripts/upcp --force
