Apache 2.0.59 and 2.2.3 is already supported by Cpanel in the EDGE tier ...

We've been using Apache 2 with Cpanel for roughly about a year now.

Cool I think what is going to happen eventually

cPanel will end up being a on-going update procedure just like windows XP but not as bad.

Question Is there any step by step instruction to upgrade to Apache 2?

I have just upgraded to Cpanel EDGE. Now I would like to upgrade Apache to version 2.

Is there any instruction on how to upgrade apache to version 2?

Some suggested to use /scripts/easyapache but it gave me errors and did not go through.

Is there any step by step instruction on this kind of upgrade?

    Thanks.

Question I have upgraded, but did not show in Cpanel

    Hi ramprage,

    Thank you for the info.

I have upgraded it, but Cpanel did not indicate the upgrade. Is there any file(s) I need to modify in order to indicate the upgrade? Or should I run something from WHM?

    Thanks.
