App for Cpanel to prevent hackers/spammers from using my server to send spam?

Hi guys, I wonder if a software exists which can monitor (all) mail that gets sent from my server, be it via traditional methods or perhaps a hidden script uploaded by a hacker..

Basically just a catch-all for outgoing email, that will either keep a log or notify me or somthing like that - so that I can make sure noone is spamming from my server.

You can go most of the way using lfd which checks for scripts on the server:

You can also throttle user accounts by using the option WHM > Tweak Settings > The maximum each domain can send out per hour

I'm looking to modify lfd to check all outgoing email in the near future.
