Auto Account creation Script

I am sure people have already doen this but i am looking for a free php auto creation script that does everything it should do like in the regular WHm interface, that jus tuses a certain package, and etc and even ads the contacts email tot he list. if soemone has this they cna giv eme for free, it would help alot.

I realy don't know how to script php or anything, so i would need the whole script w/ forum created for me.
