auto password reset feature doesn't work

We had a customer that recently failed to log in on three attempts and got the cPanel auto reset password page. They clicked the link, but the password never got sent to the email address they have on record in their cPanel (which is where it says it will go). Anyone else having this problem?

Thank God it didn't work! I was wondering why cpanel included this stupid feature. Anyone can logon to your account and reset your password.

User can email or submit trouble ticket or change pass through WHM. It's simple.
