Auto-responder ignores "interval" setting if people CC'd into email
Hi,
A client of mine has an interesting problem -
Alf sets an out of office message using auto-responder in webmail and sets the interval for 8 hours.
When Bob emails Alf he get's his out of office message.
He emails again an hour later and doesn't get the out of office message as it's less than the interval setting of 8 hours.
However, if Claire emails Alf and also CC'd in Bob, Bob gets an out of office message again?
It happens every time someone is CC'd in regardless of the interval setting.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
