cPanel 11 adds many new functionalities to Auto-Responders, however sending delayed responses and attaching files is not among those functionalities.

You're more than welcome to submit a feature request for this though at http://bugzilla.cpanel.net

I don't know a way of doing that easily. If your customer wants this autoresponder to be used long term (or even for many days but if they get a lot of spam), you need to instruct them simply not to do it. It's bad enough to have autoresponders (which respond to 99% forged addresses), but its worse if your system has to send (and possibly generate/send) a PDF file back to each one of those forged addresses.

Imagine if your customer gets 200 emails a day and 175 of them are spam - 175 likely forged FROM addressese get a PDF sent back to them. This can amount to a denial of service on your server (by your server rofl) and could end up in causing a lot of spam complaints.

And I seriously doubt there is any way to get the autoresponder to only send a PDF 'after a certain amount of time'. Autoresponders want to respond immediately, and to everyone who sends mail to that address. The autoresponder has no way of knowing who should be autoresponded to, who should get a PDF, or how long it should wait before it sends the response.
