Automatically block an IP of a mail server, possible?

Is it possible to automatic block an IP of a mail server sending spam to my server?

e.g. 100 emails in 1 minute from mail server B to mail server A
mail server A will then block mail server B

If it's a dictionary attack, you can use this:

Otherwise, you'd need to create a custom ACL and a perl script to achieve that.
