Automating email account creation

Is it possible to, via a php script perhaps, automate the creation of email accounts for a given domain?

For example.

www.domain.com/signup points to a form where someone can enter the appropriate information and, upon clicking submit, have their email account created in Cpanel and ready to go?

Yes it is, our site http://www.mymailwebsite.com using php and connects to the server and creates e-mail accounts when someone orders one.

Great, can you tell me where you got the php script, or did you write it yourself?

Actually I cannot remember where I downloaded this from, BUT, I did find an e-mail address in the readme file.

If you send an e-mail to them they can probably direct you where to get the scripts.
