Is there anyway to get AWStats to track individual traffic to parked domains?

You could always park your domain on a sub-domain of the parent. That way any hits to the sub-domain would be recorded separately. If the particular sub-domain needs to resolve to the parent, you could write a javascript forward or http redirect.
