AWStats- constant problems - S116

My AWStats does not update and does not work half the time.. I did a manual /scripts/runlogsnow and still that did not update all the domains even though I could see it tried to run awstats.pl on each one


What is the fix for this- or should I just get rid of this stats package thank you

Is it just AWStats doing this (if you have any other stats programs running)? You may try going through and checking to see if there are any huge log files. If there are, run the log file for each of those accounts with /scripts/runweblogs, clear the logs for them out and then use runlogsnow. Also, in the tweak settings area you may want to set the extra load for logs to around 2 to 4.
