Default awstats error Couldn't open config file

    Hello

My Client reguest to install awstats well i did and they get this error .. and i try it in my other website i find the same error/

Error: Couldn't open config file "awstats.club2share.net.conf" nor "awstats.conf" after searching in path ".,/home/club2shn/tmp/awstats/,/etc/opt/awstats,/etc/awstats,/etc,/usr/local/etc/awstats": No such file or directory

    - Did you use the correct URL ?
    Example: http://localhost/awstats/awstats.pl?config=mysite
    Example: http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/awstats.pl?config=mysite
    - Did you create your config file 'awstats.club2share.net.conf' ?
If not, you can run "./../../tools/awstats_configure.pl" from command line, or create it manually.

Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory).
any idea how to fix this ?

Awstats comes with cPanel and can be enabled through WHM - is it this that you're trying to get working? If not, then this is the wrong place to ask about third-party script installs.

    Default a quick fix.

    #Move to
    cd /home/username/tmp/awstats,

    #there would be awstats.club2share.net.conf.

    cp awstats.club2share.net.conf /usr/local/etc/awstats/
    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/awstats.pl -config=club2share.net

    See teh issue is fixed.

This is interesting. I do not have an awstats conf file in my home/user/tmp/awstats nor an awstats_configure.pl file on the server.
