Thread: Awstats not running

    Exclamation Awstats not running

    Just noticed they are not running any more. Any ideas to figure out whats wrong? The server is also not taxed either.

    Hello,

    It's possible that the Stats got turned off. Can you check to see if awstsas in enabled in WHM >> Server Configuration >> Statistics Software Configuration

    Yep. Everything was enabled. Just clients noticed their stats were not updating.
