Reverse DNS (PTR) usually is configured by your data center.

Yes, But but he/she has 2 reverse type, a coming of the server for the ip and alone other Domain for IP, being this done in WHM, because I already made qdo he/she had a WHM it resells, but agroa have the WHM server, that I am not getting to do.
Because here this the answer of DC, that I received when I asked for the same information:
RDNS is working fine. You need to configure your server through Cpanel, but unfortunately we're unable to lead you through it, as we provide unmanaged servers. Please browse Cpanel forum for more info.

Given the language differences I'm not entirely sure what you are trying to do. These 2 posts deal with reverse dns and also name servers. Also try searching the forum.
