    Default Backing up config files

I do remote backups through FTP. This doesn't include config files. How can I backup these files easily? Thank you.

Is there any reason why FTP backup doesn't include the config files?

calende2, you can't save with the config files in WHM backup if you are doing a ftp backup. Even modifying the cpbackup script will not bring them over to my backup server along with all the accounts. I'd like things to be tidy and simply backup all my critical config files nightly too.
