I know that CPanel has the full backup utility that will ftp - however, no matter what I try CPanel will not ftp the new backup file to my local ftp - tried passive and otherwise to no avail.

So, is there a utility / script anywhere that i can run from my local machines to backup sites (mysql and all) and then download to my machine?
