Backup all accounts, exclude home dir of some?

We've got 10GB of remote backup storage with our server.
The problem is there is 2 big accounts, one of them has got home folder at around 50GB.
So I was hoping there is a way to modify how WHM does backups so I could backup all account normally but exclude home dir of 1 or 2 accounts.

You can exclude those accounts completely, but there is no way to just exclude their home dir. You would need a custom script to do this.

I recommend you read this thread, it will let you know how to exclude directories: Make Backups go faster?

Thank you. I guess I could set up a cron job to do /scripts/pkgacct excluding the home dir on accounts in question then ftp the files to backup server.
