Backup config

I want to be able to do a backup in the following way, but using WHM I am unable to

I want to be able to configure a backup to both a local filesystem and a FTP server.

I can choose 1 or the other, but not both....

Is it possible to run the backup scripts from the command line and set up 2 different configs to acheive this?

Also, the ftp backup only backs up the users dirs and not the config files - any suggestions?

It would be simpler to do a full backup and then run a job that copies the backup files over FTP. There's a handy script to do this for you here:
