Backup configuration: help me

Hi,
i should configure backup in my WHM. Using ssh, i have typed df command and saw that:

root@cpl [/var]# df
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda2 1976524 380244 1495876 21% /
none 517220 0 517220 0% /dev/shm
/dev/sda7 36922624 8653672 26393368 25% /home
/dev/sda6 3945128 42472 3702248 2% /tmp
/dev/sda3 7882592 4202432 3279740 57% /usr
/dev/sda5 15757248 1491920 13464892 10% /var


I'm not so good for that so i would want your help for configure by backup dir.
