Backup download feature does not work

Hi,

I get the following error while trying to download backup from cpanel

(internal death) Mon Dec 26 22:05:09 2005 [28833] error: Undefined subroutine &main::notoutputsystem called at bin/backupadmin.pl line 207.

How can it be fixed

Try a forced cPanel update:

/scripts/upcp --force

Hi,

I am getting the same error and unfortunately upcp did not help. Currently cpanel version is 10.9.0-RELEASE_57 and the error_logs shows:

" error: Undefined subroutine &main::notoutputsystem called at bin/backupadmin.pl line 210. Undefined subroutine &main::notoutputsystem called at bin/backupadmin.pl line 210."

Please help!!
