    Default Backup Error "Unexpected EOF in archive"

    I am receiving the following errors when the automatic nightly backup runs of an account on our server:

    Code:
    Waiting for load to go down to continue
    Waiting for load to go down to continue
    /bin/gtar: -: Wrote only 6144 of 10240 bytes
    /bin/gtar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
    Notification => engineers@***********.com via EMAIL [level => 2]
    Waiting for load to go down to continue
    Waiting for load to go down to continue
    Waiting for load to go down to continue
    Waiting for load to go down to continue
    /bin/gtar: Unexpected EOF in archive
    /bin/gtar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
    It's only getting the errors on one account on the server, and I can't figure out why. I'm not sure why the load would be high on just this one account, or if that is even causing the problem. Anyone seen this before?

    While running running the backup process (cpbackup) or generating a full backup (e.g., via "pkgacct") please monitor the cPanel error_log to see if any file or directory paths are logged in reference to the process not being able to read them, such as due to incorrect ownership or restrictive access permissions (of files or directories within the cPanel user account).
    Code:
    # tail -fvn0 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
