Hello

I have enable users to create backups in cpanel using the backup button. The problem is that one the back up is created they can not download via cpanel. They have to download via ftp.

This on it own is not a major problem, what is, is that the backup files created are NOT taken out of a user quota. Is just assigned to root.whell group not user.user.

How can I change this so that when the user create a backup it becomes there and the require space is take from there quota.

Any help please.
