I have a small problem with a fresh cPanel install. I have an external NFS backup server and cPanel mounts in /backup a directory from the NFS server to store the backup files. Everything seems to work just fine, only that the restore is not functioning. When I go in WHM and try to restore an account I get the following error:
Extracting Domain....Done

Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /backup/cpbackup/daily loaded queent/cp/queent)?
Account Restore Failed...
The backup is set to be incremental - I don't know why it tells me about the archive.

The server uses FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE, WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.1-R20683.
