Default Backup not backing up public_html

    Hi

I have backups set for daily. I have just noticed that when i pull the backup files everything is in there except public_html. This is a bit of a problem as thats the most important part of the backup.

Anyone had this problem before or any ideas if ive done something wrong?

    Cheers

    Chriz

To clarify, are other contents of /home present in the backup (such as ~/mail, ~/public_html etc.) and only ~/public_html is missing?

I'd recommend submitting a support request about this.

If you look at the log, towards the bottom of the screen, you can see

    Copying homedir....Done

If you open that directory, your public_html folder should be in there.
