    hey... I have the exactly same problem - backup is not processed....

    I'm on Release 56

    Below is an excerpt from the cron email:
    Done Scanning suexec_log.Done Backup Not Enabled (restore only)

    Although I'd be sure backup was enabled from start and I did a recheck and enable it again... but to no avail!

    Anyone with the same prob?

    Default Solved

    It seems they solve the problem, they chabged some lines in cpbackup script:

    it was

    if ($CONF{'BACKUPENABLE'} ne &restoreonly& ) {
    die &Backup Not Enabled (restore only)\n&;
    }

    and now:
    if ($CONF{'BACKUPENABLE'} ne &restoreonly& && $CONF{'BACKUPENABLE'} ne &yes& ) {
    die &Backup Not Enabled (restore only)\n&;
    }

    if you have problem try to update your backend scripts.

    OK...stupid question...you guys mention the cron e-mail. I have never received an e-mail saying backup has run...I do have backups, and have restored from backup...but not one single e-mail since day one.

    You sure?
    Isn't it mentioned in your daily /scripts/upcp e-mails?

    David,
    Thank you for the clarification. I thought there would be more since this server has about 100 users on it...thought there would be more.
