So we have a failing drive we need to know whats the best, easiest, less resources intensive way to back up the accounts and various data we need to save in order to restore everything after they swap the hdd out (with fresh OS reload)

We seem to be having troubles running cPanel's backups as it is way to resource intensive.. is there a better way?
we have a second drive to save to / restore from.
