backup utility

I created a Full Backup to my Home Directory...

How do I install that backup now?

It's huge, so the browser will time out if I use the "upload" function. Any ideas?

(I'm using Cpanel 6)

Same thing happening here. Backup file is about 750MB, and timing out... Ideas, anyone?
