    Default Bandwidth....

I'm having a problem where the bandwidth isn't counting correctly. So far, WHM says I've used around 1gb when Bandmin says 26gb. What's going on here?! No, I am not using pure-ftpd -- however, I was a couple months ago.

If you are hsoting sites ensure they are not surfing on your shared IP by enabling mod_bwprotect and/or remove mod_userdir from httpd and restart.

    Hi-
The change won't effect how old bandwidth is store, only ow new bandwidth is recorded. You'l have to wait a few weeks and see if there is still a discrepency.
Another possibility is that someone made a large stransfer on a non-apache/ftp/mail port. FOr example someone could have used scp or rsync to transfer a large number of files on/off the server.
    Hope that helps.
