Default Bandwidth email to admin has to FROM or TO address

A message that you sent contained no recipient addresses, and therefore no
    delivery could be attempted.

------ This is a copy of your message, including all the headers. ------

Received: from root by srv07with local (Exim 4.20)

    From: bandwidth@srv07.domain.com

I keep getting this from a site over bandwidth but there is no From or To address.
