I contacted cPanel about a strange case. A customer with 3 GB of bandwidth had used 20 GB, mostly via email (sending PDF attachments).
The website was suspended when bandwidth usage reached the limit, but email remained operational. The suspension only affects their website.
After a few cPanel techs looked into it, the latest reply is "email will still function as normal unless they try and access webmail, this seems to be designed behavior. "
Do you think it's acceptable to allow unlimited email usage to an account that has been suspended for exceeding the allowed monthly transfer? I think this qualifies as a bug and not as a "feature".
