Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

I've seen several posts on this error but never found a clear way to correct this error.

I've got 3 accounts that keep getting this error every couple of hours or so but the accounts clearly have not exceed their limits.

Running:
WHM 9.2.0 cPanel 9.2.0-S25
RedHat 9 - WHM X v2.1.2

Same thing happening here.
I have an account setup with one index page and 2 e-mail accounts and topped out over 1gb by the 4th oh the month.
This account has never been over 300mb in a whole month, let alone 4 days!
