Bandwidth limiter 1.4

Hello,

Yesterday we upgraded one of our serversfrom the old 8.5.3 S3 to the S68 version after a license error.

Some of our resellers are having problems adapting to the new Bandwidth limiting features mentioned in the changelog entries below, is there anyway to return the old settings for the Bandwidth modification tool?
The resellers say that after the upgrade their Bandwidth is showing in negative which wasn't the case before the upgrade. I think that these changelog entries are what caused this problem for them.
