Bandwidth Stats at cpanel not logging

Inside Cpanel under Stats there is an option to see bandwith usage per httpd, pop, smtp, ftp

But nothing is logged here, only I get all green, no smtp, ftp or pop is logged.

For example Awstats says that in August the domain consume is 1.87GB. And when I go to View Bandwidth usage at WHM says 22GB. How can I now which are these 20GB ???
