Bandwidth stats not counting

Users, Admins, Staff and curious people,

I have noticed that bandwidth stats of my users are not counting. My clients are using too much FTP and SMTP, but this stats never grow.

One of my clients just have mailman lists, and neither quota or stats are counting.

What can it be? Bug? Misconfiguration? I need some lights here.

Hi;

Login to the server shell via root and run the following.

To update the Stats
/scripts/runweblogs

To fix problem in webalizer that stop updating stats
/scripts/fixwebalizer
