    Red face Bandwidth Throttling Help

My T1 is going nuts, it's stuck at 100% and it's almost all one high paying site what can I do? Can I setup my Cpanel server to limit the traffic for this customer to like 1/2 of my T1 so I can stop the line time outs?

I can't figure out how to use mod_throttle does Cpanel have anything to help me so I don't have to cancel this customers web site?

    Give them a bandwidth limit.

The point is to not take the site down, right now I have the site down because the line just times out. Every server goes down when their site goes up.

Move them to a dedicated server. You can't just tell cPanel to use half the connection.
