    Cool Bandwidth usage lost after pkgacct / restorepkg

    Hi,

    I have transferred a few accounts as follow;

    1. /scripts/pkgacct USERNAME
    2. move the USERNAME.tar.gz over to the new server and then
    3. /scripts/restorepkg USERNAME

    When I check in WHM bandwidth usage all previous months are gone, how to solve this.

    Thanks

    Just to let you know that we too just transferred many accounts from an older server to a new one, and all bandwidth data was lost. It started counting again from the day the transfer was done.

    If you really need the records back you may be able to copy the log files that record this data from your old server if you know where to look. Unfortunatly I don't have this information at hand, and I am not sure if it's as simple as just copying them over or not.
