Bandwidth Used 0.00

cPanel shows 0.00 bandwidth used in one of my accounts even though I've downloaded more than 5 GB worth of files for the past few days.

I've tried chown -R username /home/username, where username is the username of the account in question, with no effect. Other accounts can count bandwidth fine, just this one.

Please advise, Thanks~

PS: Awstats shows the bandwidth used, but under general account information in the main page, it remains to read, 'Bandwidth usage (current month) 0.00 Megabytes'.
