    Bandwitdh logged on root account when browsing to root/~USER, is this by design?

    I would think the system is smart enough to log the b/w usage to the account!?

    Although, I can see the logic in both possibilities ;P

    You need to enable mod_userdir protection if you don't want this behavior.

    "The disadvantage of this feature is that any bandwidth usage used by this site will be put on the domain it is accessed under (in this case test.cpanel.net). mod_userdir protection prevents this from happening."
