Big Problem in CPanel

All resellers can create sub domain for domain that not hosted by him .
i checked and see reseller'e can create subdomain for all domains on server!!
how can i limit their access about do this!?

For exapmple xmors.com hosted by root. But all reseller can create subdomain for this domain.
they can build following domain as Create a New Account in whm:

i.e.:
xxx.xmors.com
sdasd.xmors.com
7uhid.xmors.com
hahaha.xmors.com
and ... every they like!

Perhaps you may wish to submit a feature request to http://bugzilla.cpanel.net that admins have the ability to disable this functionality.
