Billing Manager?

I was looking around
/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin
and found a program and found a perl script called billmgr is this possibly a billing system to be integrated, or was integrated at one time or another with whm?

It was integrated at one time .. we no longer offer it though..

From my understanding DarkOrb does not belive that cpanel be a billing manager for Cpanel

There are a few options including WHNBilling and from what i understand v3.0 of Modernbill that will support integration with cpanel features

DarkOrb also created a perl module that you can use to to create your own billing program and interface it with WHM
