Default /bin/cp: write error: Broken pipe

I am trying to move from one cpanel server to another - I've never had a problem with this before - as I've moved it twice in the past year and am now at my final resting place - Everything moves - all says is good begins upacking tarball - sets up the mysql db's, etc - gets to the end and gives me
    /bin/cp: write error: Broken pipe

I haven't had problems moving other accounts - however I'm wondering if it's related to another problem that I can't seem to resolve - all new accounts set up and accounts imported are setting public_html to 750 as opposed to 755 --
We are running WHM 8.5.1 cPanel 8.5.3-S3
RedHat - WHM X v2.1.1 on the new server and
are moving from old server set at
    WHM 8.5.4 Cpanel 8.5.4-R72 RedHat 7.3 - WHM Xskin v 1.6

Would any of this be related to the problem - and if not - any suggestions - I'm still searching the forums for the 750 issue - as I've never run into this before on other cpanel servers

    Thanks!

Default broken pipe & 750 error

we recompiled apache and fixed the 750 error.

I had to manually move the website in question - so I didn't get a "fix".
