Default BIND problems since cPanel Update

Ran a cPanel update earlier to the latest CURRENT-4 Release and now having bind issues when creating new accounts, domains/subdomains are not working:

Bind reconfiguring on ares using rndc
Error reconfiguring bind on ares: rndc: connection to remote host closed
This may indicate that the remote server is using an older version of
the command protocol, this host is not authorized to connect,
    or the key is invalid.

    Any suggestions?
