when I restart bind it reports only 2 DNS zones but there are more. Any ideas?

when I restart bind it reports only 2 DNS zones but there are more. Any ideas?

Check your named.conf file to ensure the paths for your bind install are correct. You should also verify permissions/ownership on your zone files and associated directories.
