Blank page for cPanel

Hello everyone,

I've been experiencing a problem with a particular user on a server wherein this user with a new account is greeted with a blank cPanel page when logging into the cPanel. I tried to login to the user's cPanel using WHM, but I get the same thing too. What is the solution for this ? Both cPanel and WHM are running on versions 11.25. This problem is just for the user and not the other users on the server.

Hello there,

This error does not sound familiar but I would first look into the skin of this customer. This can be changed through the "List accounts" page.
If this isn't the case you should check if there are any errors when connecting to that specific page,
The log files are located at :
/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
and
/usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log

Browse through those files and copy paste it here, perhaps this will give us a better idea of what we are dealing with.
