One of our hosting clients is getting hammered by incoming email messages from one of this customers (external mail server). The customer has a problem at their end (almost certainly a virus), and our client has asked if there's anything he can do (via cPanel), or us on his behalf (via WHM or command line) to block / deflect / reject email messages from a specific email address to his pop account(s). Currently, each time my clients hits send/receive he's got 10s or 100s of incoming messages to download from this one email address.
Is there somrthing he/we can do? I've not been asked this before and can't see anything that allows me or him to do this.
