Is there a way to block spam incoming to the server by words?
For example, EVlTTRA and CIALIS
I have EximClam enabled, SMTP tweak enabled, and not sure what else to do.

If you're running spamassassin, it does a decent job. But, there are always some improvements that can be had via custom rulesets.
My spamassassin rulesets are at /usr/share/spamassassin/
There you'll see several files such as...
20_body_tests.cf
20_compensate.cf
20_dnsbl_tests.cf
20_fake_helo_tests.cf
etc.
This is also where I place any rulesets that I want to implement server-wide. I believe you could also put them in /etc/mail/spamassassin if you want. I just don't.
So if you haven't done so, install SA. Then visit http://www.exit0.us/ for some links to good tutorials and a ton of custom rulesets. Check out the examples and use them as a basis for constructing your own. Just be prepared to become somewhat familiar with regular expressions
Remember you can only do just so much. Some spam will always make it through even untagged. My goal is to minimize exposure for myself and those that use my services.
Strange because I tried to edit the file and it doesn't exist. Somehow though Spam Assassin is installed within cPanel itself. How is that?
Perhaps the directory name is different?
you can try running the following comand from shell.
locate spamassassin
then it should find the folder for you.

I'd recommend adding the SARE rulesets too. I find them very effective:
