    Default Blocking Domain E-mail Address

A user transfered their domain over to one of our servers. One of the e-mail accounts he used to use gets over 100 spam a day, they deleted the account and created a forwarder = discard.

However the mail still gets backed up in the queue.

Is there another way of going about this?

    Thanks
    Zach

Default RE: Blocking Domain E-mail Address

    Dear ZachICU,

You can use Spam Assassin which is having pre-set rules to identify spam. It will check the header, the body and the sender of all the email messages sent to your domain mailbox. You can filter the emails that has been notified as spam with your own user defined rules. You can do this through cpanel(mail->mail filter). You can enable spam assassin in cpanel as mail->spam assassin.

    Regards,
